New Open Box- Items are new but the box has been opened. (Packaging may have damage, but the items are in tact and in new condition.) Returns: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days. Please send picture/video and explain the issue, and I’ll handle this promptly. All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange of goods.  Upon receiving item, inspect before removing tags/plastic coverings, If items are not returned in original condition, only a partial refund will be given. Brand New items may not be returned once opened. Items marked damaged, broken or for parts are sold as Is and will not be eligible for returns.
